Trackwork Superintendent - MNC

Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all phases of concrete and trackwork construction projects. Coordinate and schedule activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams. Ensure compliance with project specifications, plans, and safety regulations. Monitor and evaluate performance of subcontractors and suppliers. Manage project budgets, expenses, and cost control. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction. Provide regular updates and progress reports to project stakeholders. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Coordinate and manage the logistics of materials delivery, storage, and disposal. Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Monitor and control project timelines, milestones, and deadlines. Manage and coordinate the activities of multiple teams and personnel. Provide guidance and support to team members as needed. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success. Develop and implement strategies for improving project efficiency, productivity, and quality. Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
