Job description
Social worker for residential center in Arroyo de la Encomienda We are looking for a person with vocation and sensitivity to join a residential center in Arroyo de la Encomienda. The job consists of ensuring the social integration and well-being of the residents, accompanying them throughout their stay: from admission and adaptation to daily life. Close and constant communication is also maintained with families, offering them clear information and support at all times. The functions include the management of admissions and discharges, the preparation of files, the social assessment and life history of each resident, as well as participation in social activities. Complaints are also handled and resolved, reports from the interdisciplinary team are delivered, and internal communication channels of the center are updated. A temporary contract of 3 to 6 months is offered, full-time, with hours from 10:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. Previous experience of at least one year and university training in Social Work is valued. The center has a collaborative team and an environment of mutual respect and support.
