Amazon Delivery Station Associate

As an Amazon Delivery Station Associate, you will be part of the Amazon team dedicated to the last stop before delivering smiles to customers. This physically demanding, fast-paced role receives trucks full of already packed orders which are then prepared for delivery. You will load conveyor belts, organize and move packages for pickup by delivery drivers. Take advantage of the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art warehouse with flexible schedules. We have full-time positions with 8-hour shifts daily during the day accumulating 48 hours per week. Or 7-hour shifts during the night accumulating 40 hours per week.Main Functions and Responsibilities

1. Moving and stacking pallets.
2. Use of pallet jack.
3. General cleaning and tidiness of the work area.
4. Disassembly of corrugated cardboard.
5. Auditing and unloading trailers.
6. Filling out forms and paperwork.
7. Loading, labeling, and stacking packages (maximum 20kg).
8. Package sorting.
9. Organizing and dispatching load vehicles (motorcycles, cars, and/or vans).
10. Reconciling packages and inventories.
11. Labeling and identifying inventory.

What We're Looking For in You

1. Good physical condition to walk an average of 5 to 10 km daily.
2. Ability to stand and/or walk for a minimum of a ten-hour shift.
3. Proficiency with mobile devices and applications.
4. Flexibility to work and switch shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Ability to work under pressure (achieve a productivity standard).
6. Ability to manage changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations.
7. Effective communication.
8. Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.

1. Safety: Your safety is important to us, so we provide the necessary protective equipment. All work teams share safety tips daily.
2. Environment: You will work with moving machinery such as: order picker carts, load dollies, automatic conveyor belts, forklifts, and mobile carts.
3. Activity: Some activities may require standing in one place for extended periods, walking, or climbing stairs.
4. Temperature: Even in an air-conditioned environment, temperatures can vary between 15°C and 35°C within the warehouse. Temperatures for the maneuvering yard or inside the trailers can vary between 10°C and 45°C.
5. Noise Level: It can be noisy on occasion. We provide hearing protection if you need it.
6. Dress Code: Casual, with some rules to follow for safety. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required.
7. Breaks: Amazon has implemented the necessary measures to ensure that workers have appropriate seating. During rest and meal periods, employees can take their break in the cafeteria area where chairs are available, or leave the Company premises if they wish.

Work Schedule and ShiftsSchedules are fixed and full-time where you can work between 40 and 48 hours per week. There are day or night shifts. It should be noted that while schedules are fixed, workdays may vary. For example, an associate might be assigned to work Monday to Friday one week, and Tuesday to Saturday the next, but will always have the same schedule from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Review all options and choose the one that best suits your needs.Hiring Requirements

1. High school diploma.
2. Be over 18 years of age by the hiring date.
3. Successfully complete your background check, free medical examination, and drug screening test.

Documentation

1. Valid Official Identification (INE or Passport).
2. Social Security Number (IMSS).
3. CURP (Unique Population Registry Code).
4. Upon completion of your process, we will request:

1. RFC (Updated Federal Taxpayer Registry).
2. 18-digit interbank CLABE (this can be from the bank of your choice).
