📠Job Objective
To provide telephone attention to Movistar clients, promoting and closing sales of prepaid phone services, meeting commercial goals and quality standards, contributing to business growth. 📠JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Make calls to potential and current clients.
- Promote Movistar services in prepaid mode.
- Closing sales following established protocols.
- Meet sales, quality, and productivity targets.
- Mondays to Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (45 minutes of break + 15 minutes of SS.HH)
- Fixed rest on Sundays and holidays
- Age 18 or older
- Experience in sales or Call Center (desirable, but not essential).
- Have a laptop or PC for personal use with internet (no mobile data)
- FULL PLAN since the first day* (Assignment Family, CTS, Gratification, etc.)
- Fixed salary S/1,130 + UNLIMITED COMMISSIONS
- Sales activations, dynamic (FROM OJT)
- Paid remote training (12 days)*
