TPM Master Data & Financial Integration Lead (f/m/x) Miejsce pracy: Łódź Technologies we use Expected SAP MDM SAP Analytics Cloud SAP FI SAP SAP HANA About the project For a long-term international project, we are looking for an experienced specialist to lead Master Data Governance and Financial Integration streams within a TPM landscape. The role focuses on ensuring data consistency, financial alignment, and Go-Live readiness across TPM-relevant domains, working closely with both business and technical stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: - Defining and implementing Master Data Governance policies and procedures; - Developing and maintaining data quality metrics and dashboards; - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and financial alignment; - Providing training and support for end-users on Master Data Governance and Financial Integration processes; - Identifying and addressing potential risks and issues related to Master Data Governance and Financial Integration. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, business administration, data management); - At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or as a data governance specialist; - Strong understanding of SAP MDM, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP FI; - Experience with data quality metrics and dashboards; - Excellent communication and collaboration skills; - Ability to work independently and as part of a team; - Fluency in English (written and spoken).
