Town Planner Based in Kent (with travel across Kent and East Sussex) Full-time or part-time | Hybrid working available Competitive salary, dependent on experience Are you a qualified Town Planner looking for your next opportunity in a rural-focused planning environment? We’re looking for a motivated and capable Town Planner with 2–8 years of experience to join a friendly and supportive planning team working across Kent and East Sussex. Our work is predominantly in rural areas, supporting landowners, farmers, and local communities to develop sustainable and innovative solutions for the future. This role will involve: • Developing and implementing planning policies and strategies that support the needs of our clients and stakeholders • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality planning services • Providing expert advice on planning matters to clients and stakeholders • Building strong relationships with landowners, farmers, and local communities • Staying up-to-date with changes in planning legislation and best practice • Working closely with other teams within the company to ensure a coordinated approach to planning and development.
