Towbook dispatcher

Global Pacific Support is seeking a reliable and efficient Towbook Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing our dispatch operations using Towbook software to ensure timely and effective towing services for our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with dispatching in the towing industry. Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls from customers requesting towing and roadside assistance services. Utilize Towbook software to dispatch tow trucks and communicate with drivers to ensure efficient and timely service delivery. Coordinate with customers to schedule and confirm appointments. Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and customer interactions. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years of experience in dispatching or a related field preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
