Job description
Are you adept at multi-tasking, have a keen eye for detail, organised and have a solid understanding of contracting and STO rate structures? Then this could be the right fit to kick-start your 2026! Our client is looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage and maintain their Tourplan NX system, ensuring seamless operations across their travel group. A typical day will involve troubleshooting Tourplan system issues, handling queries from users as well as liaising with the Products Department to resolve any discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, preferably within the travel industry, and be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
