Tourplan Senior Rates Administrator (Inbound)

A typical day will involve troubleshooting Tourplan system issues, handling queries from users as well as liaising with the Products Department to resolve any discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, preferably within the travel industry, and be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
