AXIA INTERIM BRIEY is recruiting for one of its clients, a company specializing in the INDUSTRY sector,

NUMERICAL TURNER (F/H) at THIONVILLE (57100).

Under the responsibility of the workshop chief, your missions will be as follows :

-Read and interpret mechanical plans, schemes, and technical files.

-Prepare raw parts and mount necessary tools on the machine.

-Program, set, and operate a numerical control machine (turning or grinding machine).

-Machining parts while respecting tolerances, dimensions, and quality standards.

-Control produced parts using measurement tools (slide caliper, micrometer, comparator, etc.).

-Ensure first-level maintenance of machines and ensure the good condition of equipment.

-Optimize machining procedures (choice of cutting speeds, tools, trajectories) to improve productivity.

-Respect safety instructions and quality procedures of the workshop strictly.

Possess knowledge of traditional turning and CNC (NUM/SIEMENS language)

· Possess mechanical knowledge

· Possess knowledge of metrology and dimensional control
