NUMERICAL CONTROL LATHE OPERATOR M/F

We are looking for a numerical control lathe operator for our client, specializing in turning, milling, grinding, and fitting of technical parts, mainly small-sized and manufactured in small or medium series. You will be required to machine all types of materials (steel, stainless steel, aluminum, Inconel, titanium, copper alloys, PEEK, or other plastics) from bars, blanks, castings, or forged raw materials. As an experienced numerical control lathe operator, you will be required to interpret technical drawings and program the machines to produce precise parts that comply with specifications. Your responsibilities include: - machine setup, - selection and installation of appropriate cutting tools, - program adjustment and launch, - quality control of produced parts. Your technical skills must be as follows: - Mastery of numerical control (CNC) machines for part machining. - Reading and interpretation of technical drawings and manufacturing schematics. - CNC programming skills to optimize manufacturing processes. Behavioral skills: - Ability to work in a team to ensure the smooth running of projects. - Effective communication to report technical problems and solutions. - Analytical mind and attention to detail to guarantee the quality of finished products. You hold one of the following diplomas: CAP Operator of Production Installations, Bac Pro Machining Technician, BTS Design of Product Realization Processes, or certifications (Certification in numerical control machine programming, Professional Title of Conventional and Numerical Control Lathe-Milling Machine Operator, Certificates of competence in machining and CNC programming). You have at least 5 years of experience as a numerical control lathe operator. You must have a thorough understanding of materials, programming skills, and great precision to ensure production efficiency and meet quality standards.
