As a Tourism Clerk (m/f/d) in our travel agency in Wildeshausen, you will work at a location with long-standing regular customers in a central position.Your Daily Business

- Consultation and sale of worldwide holiday trips from all common tour operators
- Booking and processing of package and individual trips in the common tourist booking systems
- Active support and long-term customer retention via all communication channels
- Correspondence with customers, tour operators, and service providers
- Active participation in the branch's sales success

- Training as a Tourism Clerk or professional experience in active travel sales
- Secure knowledge of tourist booking systems and tour operator products
- Enjoyment of personal consultation and sales
- Service-oriented demeanor and strong communication skills in dealing with customers
- Independent and structured way of working
- Interest in tourist trends, travel destinations, and products
