What will you do?

A team of 63 drivers brings customers safely and pleasantly to their destination. That's a responsibility that requires a lot. You'll have a lot of variety in your work. So, one day you might be on the road with the Senior Citizens' Association to Madurodam and the next day you'll start with the international line from Paris to Malmö. But it could also be local school transportation or a multi-day trip in Europe. The planning will take into account personal preferences as much as possible.

Before you leave, you'll check the vehicle and prepare for the route(s). You see it as your mission to bring the guests safely from A to B. Drive according to the statutory rest and driving times, you'll follow naturally. During rides, you'll ensure a tidy bus. The big cleaning will be done on the location in Malden by professional cleaners. Besides that, the mechanic and cleaner will make sure the buses are quickly technically in order and neatly on the road.

You'll inform the passengers and provide service where necessary. Customer friendliness stands out here. Just like technical good driving, good communication with the customer is important. During a ride, things can change unexpectedly, you can easily adapt and dare to make decisions.

• You'll be eligible for a one-year contract with a view to a permanent contract. We'd love to hear from you how many hours you're available.
• You'll get various clothing items tailored to you that you'll wear when you're on the road with our customers;
• The salary will be based on the Collective Labour Agreement for the Bus Industry. That means your basic salary will be between € 2,787.28 and € 3,356.53 gross per month (based on a full-time employment contract). Depending on your experience and age;
• Toonen Reizen will also deviate positively from the Collective Labour Agreement for the Bus Industry in 2024. 100% of the hours (including breaks) will be paid instead of the 5/6 regulation, so the 6/6 regulation will apply;
• You'll also receive a above-cao a home-work mileage allowance from 10 km.
• Furthermore, you'll be eligible for the irregularity-, night- and weekend supplements;
• Every year, we'll have a conversation with you to hear how you're doing in your work and what you want to develop.

• It's nice if you have a driving license D and code 95. Have you had these in the past, but both documents have expired? Then we'd love to talk to you.
• You can present a VOG
• Control of Dutch, English, or German language

The touring cars of Toonen Reizen have been a familiar sight on the national and international road network for almost 100 years. The fleet now consists of 25 luxury touring cars in various sizes. These are multifunctional and can be used for business and crew transportation, day trips, international shuttle services, school trips, vacation trips, and national and international events.
