As our Touring Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating and curating exceptional travel experiences. You will be responsible for end-to-end product management, from identifying market opportunities and developing product strategies to launching and optimizing our touring packages. What you'll do: * Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the touring segment. * Develop and execute product strategies aligned with our business goals. * Create and manage a product roadmap. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations. * Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive rates and offerings. * Design and develop appealing tour itineraries and packages. * Manage product performance and make data-driven decisions. * Continuously improve products based on customer feedback and market analysis. What you'll bring: * Proven experience as a Product Manager in the travel or tourism industry. * Strong understanding of the touring market and customer preferences. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to develop and execute product strategies. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Experience managing product roadmaps and budgets. * Experience with data-driven decision-making. * Strong project management and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Passion for travel and creating exceptional customer experiences.
