Manual Turning Machine Operator

Ali Lavoro, based in Garbagnate Milanese (MI), is seeking a number 1 Manual Turning Machine Operator for a metalmechanical company located in the Settimo Milanese (MI) area. The resource will be inserted within the production department and will be responsible for the following tasks: - Equipping and operating manual parallel turning machines. - Processing single or small series parts starting from mechanical drawings. - Selecting the most suitable tools and setting up cutting parameters. - Dimensional quality control of produced parts using main measurement instruments (caliper, micrometer, vernier caliper). - Ordinary maintenance of machinery. What we require - Consolidated experience in using manual turning machines. - Impeccable ability to read mechanical drawings. - Complete autonomy in managing traditional machine tools - Precision, cleanliness in work and orientation towards quality.
