Gruppo NAM Spa - Agency for Work - Branch of Brescia, selects a TORNITORE / FRESATORE ESPERTO for a client company located in Ghedi (BS). The expert lathe and milling machine operator is a key figure in the production of mechanical components on design and customer specifications, using materials such as bronze, copper, and aluminum. With a deep knowledge of technical drawings and at least 2 years of experience, the candidate will be responsible for precision working with CNC machines, ensuring quality and efficiency of the final product.

Main responsibilities

1. Interpreting and analyzing technical drawings for the production of mechanical components.
2. Operating and programming CNC machines for lathe and milling operations on metallic materials.
3. Monitoring the processing process to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
4. Conducting quality control checks on finished products to ensure high standards.
5. Performing routine maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure continuous operation.
6. Collaborating with the production team to optimize processes and reduce working times.
7. Resolving technical issues and making necessary changes to improve production.

Requirements

- Technical diploma or equivalent qualification in the mechanical field.
- At least 2 years of experience in lathe and milling operations with CNC machines.
- Advanced knowledge of technical drawings and interpretation capabilities.
- Competence in using measurement tools and quality control instruments.
- Familiarity with materials such as bronze, copper, and aluminum.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.

Salary range: €20,000 - €25,000

The TORNITORE / FRESATORE ESPERTO is responsible for precision working of mechanical components using lathes and milling machines. The typical day includes preparing and adjusting the machines, reading technical drawings, and verifying tolerance requirements. The candidate will work closely with the production team to ensure that parts are produced according to specifications. They will be involved in regular meetings to discuss progress and any issues encountered. The ability to resolve complex problems and make quick decisions is essential for tackling daily challenges.
