Main responsibilities:
- Performing topographic and geodetic measurements in the field, site assistance, using specialized equipment and instruments specific to the field: GPS, Total Station, Scanner (represents an advantage);
- Processing topographic measurements at the office for cadastral and engineering surveying works;
- Drawing up topographic surveys, situation plans and topographic plans;
- Drawing up cadastral documentation;
- Compliance with standards and regulations in the field, according to the legislation in force;
- Performing the marking of construction elements;
- Preparing data for field marking;
- Processing and analyzing data collected in the field;
- Availability for business trips;
- Availability to work and help digitize production processes;
- Performing transverse and longitudinal profiles;
- Measuring land for the realization of rated plans;
- Performing markings and checks in construction;
- Performing topographic measurements for road rehabilitation;
- Topographic and cadastral measurements, GPS measurements, integration of data from measurements and other data acquisition methods;
- Developing existing programs and adapting them to the Romanian market;
- Extracting data from project sheets (situation plan, longitudinal profile, transverse profiles), including by interpolation where appropriate, as well as verifying these topographic sheets;
- Materialization (marking) in the field of the above-mentioned data;
- Participating in the preparation of data and the work front on the construction sites in progress;
- Participating in training courses in order to accumulate new knowledge if the superior asks;
- Taking over cadastral works from potential clients that need to be carried out.
Requirements:
- Graduate in the field of topography, geodesy or equivalent;
- Use of topographic equipment specific to the field;
- Knowledge of PC operation and the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel) and specific programs: AutoCAD, TopoLT, CadGen, ProfLT and others;
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the field;
- Category B driving license;
- Availability to travel within the country;
- Teamwork skills.

WHO WE ARE:
We represent a Romanian construction company, with headquarters in Cluj-Napoca and Nurnberg. We started this journey in 2012 with projects in the field of road safety and with a team of six people. A year later, we expanded the business to the energy sector, installing the first MW in Hoghiz, Brașov county, so that today, we have a portfolio of hundreds of photovoltaic parks and mixed power plants, photovoltaic - wind - with storage, built “turnkey” or in different stages of the work.
PARAPET is our official brand, which hosts the companies Prodfer Construct, Parapet Renewables, Parapet GmbH.
WHAT WE DO:
We are builders of photovoltaic and hybrid parks “turnkey” or in different stages of the project. We also operate in the field of road safety, by offering complete services, from consulting in the choice of protection equipment, their installation and up to the rental of equipment.
In energy, we are proud not only of projects implemented in Romania, Germany and other countries of the world, but also of the most difficult to install MW. We have specialized in difficult foundations, in critical infrastructures, and we have carried out pioneering projects in energy, including in the field of research.
PARAPET TEAM
We rely on a team of professionals with vast expertise in providing EPC & BoS solutions and services. We are licensed in construction, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, robotics and production management, in law, in organization management, in sociology (human resources), marketing and communication. The organizational structure includes internal departments dedicated to each stage of the construction of a photovoltaic or hybrid park, including the seismic assessment of constructions.
