Tasks
- Taking up, analyzing and evaluating requirements from the departments
- Conception, implementation and maintenance of IT solutions in a production-like environment
- Installation, commissioning and maintenance of IT and data center systems
- User support on-site, remote and by phone
- Structured cabling and support for customer projects
- Training users in ongoing operation
Qualification
- Completed training in IT or industrial-technical field
- Multiple years of experience in IT service/system integration
- Safe demeanor and high service orientation
- Passion for modern IT technologies and digitalization
- Teamwork, self-responsibility and solution-orientedness
- Class B driver's license
