Job Function Description Our customers choose quality, customization, and personal advice — and that starts with you, our toonzaalverkoper. In each branch, you work together with a showroom manager and a few colleagues-advisors. You end up in a warm, close team of approximately 5 employees where camaraderie and pleasure are just as important as results. Your role As toonzaalverkoper, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You guide them with enthusiasm and expertise throughout the entire process, from initial consultation to final purchase. You will be responsible for creating a personalized shopping experience for each customer, ensuring that they feel at ease and receive the right advice. Your tasks include: • Providing expert advice on our products and services; • Building relationships with customers and understanding their needs; • Creating a welcoming atmosphere in the showroom; • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge; • Working closely with the showroom manager to achieve sales targets; • Participating in training sessions to stay up-to-date with new products and trends.
