About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Tools and Automation Engineer who can join our India Hub team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing automation tools and processes that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, test, and implement automation tools and processes using programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas where automation can improve processes and optimize workflows. • Develop and maintain documentation for automation tools and processes. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation tools and processes. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in automation technologies and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our processes. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in automation engineering, software development, or a related field. • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C++, or other relevant languages. • Experience with automation tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
