We are recruiting for our client, a leader in the production of AGD products. We are looking for a:

Toolmaker

Your tasks will be:

• Making small repairs and maintaining injection molds for thermoplastic materials
• Cleaning molds during and after production
• Adapting new parts to existing tools
• Timely securing production with proper tools in accordance with the production plan
• Analyzing mold damage and eliminating the root causes of its occurrence
• Inspecting molds and analyzing their technical condition
• Entering data into a computer system describing the scope of activities performed on the tool
• Ability to independently take and retrieve parts from inventory

Requirements:

• Vocational technical education
• Good manual skills
• Mileage familiarity with injection molds
• Mileage familiarity with technical drawings
• Ability to use basic measuring instruments (caliper, height gauge, micrometer)
• Creativity and independence in solving problems related to tool operation
• Precision and accuracy in performing tasks related to mold maintenance
• Mileage familiarity with conventional machine tools - lathe, surface grinder, drill press
• Mileage electrical qualifications up to 1 kV and qualifications for operating a crane
• Readiness to work in a 2-shift system (in the future, there may be a possibility of working in a 3-shift system)
