Tooling Workshop Leader

Role Purpose The Plant Senior Engineer – Product & Process is a key technical and operational leadership role responsible for the Tooling Shop and Presenting area . This position ensures the timely and high-quality release and availability of tooling through effective SPQEC process management , strong cost control, and healthy inventory management. The role leads the design, integration, and continuous improvement of manufacturing systems and tooling processes, acting as a technical authority and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate expertise in the following areas: • Tooling design and development; • Manufacturing process optimization; • Supply chain management; • Cost control and budgeting; • Inventory management; • Quality control and assurance; • Technical problem-solving and root cause analysis; • Leadership and team management; • Communication and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in mechanical engineering, manufacturing systems, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, or a related field is required.
