Job description

• Mold Flow Analysis;
• Design concept/ develop new mold (plastic injection mold);
• Mold trial, debugging and Validation new mold with completed mold functional;
• (DOE) design of experiment molding parameter;
• Protocol document for molding process;
• Provide counseling and guidance to Technicians;
• Monitor and analyze the mold performance and perform trial run and validate upon functionality;
• Define problem description, root-cause analysis, corrective action and preventive actions;
• Create continuous improvement proposal to increase productivity, quality and availability, create repair and maintenance plan and proposals;
• Outsource design activities to the Process development team or external engineering companies;
• Part of the project team and decision maker for tool correction activities.

Requirements

• Experience in Injection moulding processes, tooling concept design;
• Technical degree;
• Structured way of working;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Problem solving ability;
• Result and target orientation;
• Proactive thinking and acting.
