Tooling Engineer

Job Description:

Suntem în cautarea unui Inginer Tooling pentru a se alătura echipei noastre din departamenntul R&D Daca ai experienta in dezvoltarea matritelor pentru injectie mase plasatice, această poziție ar putea fi potrivita pentru tine.

Responsibilities:

• Follow the execution status of injection molding tools at suppliers, according to the project plan.
• Participate in technical verifications and measurements of tool components.
• Help with show activities (FOT, T1, T2) and analyze resulting parts.
• Make simple status reports and note any problems to the Tooling Manager or Project Manager.
• Collaborate with suppliers for technical modifications.
• Maintain documentation (drawings, modifications, proof reports).
• Participate in DFM (Design for Manufacturing) analysis together with the internal team and tool supplier.
• Contribute to TSA (Tool Study Approval) preparation and approval.
• Take part in rheological analysis (Moldflow) and discuss results for improving parts/tooling.
  Respect company procedures and technical rules.

Requirements:

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
• Able to work efficiently in a team and manage complex projects;
• Higher education in engineering or a similar field.
• Knowledge of 2D and 3D design software CAD (e.g. CATIA, NX, SolidWorks, Creo).︇︉︊︁︋︇︀︈︂︆︄︅︁︁︎︌︈︂︇︍︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎
• Able to learn DFM (Design for Manufacturing) analysis and adapt design for efficient manufacturing.
• Basic knowledge of Moldflow analysis, to identify potential problems in the process
  Interpretation of measurement reports and adjusting the project based on results
