The company's head office and manufacturing facility is in M.I.D.C., Bhosari, Pune. Role Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tooling Engineer to lead our tooling function, with a strong focus on rubber and elastomer mold development . The role involves end-to-end ownership of the tooling process from design to production, ensuring high-quality molds that meet customer requirements. Key responsibilities include: • Design and develop new rubber and elastomer molds for various applications. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize projects. • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences. • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. • Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians to achieve project goals. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in tooling technology. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce costs. • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 5+ years of experience in tooling engineering, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry. • Strong understanding of rubber and elastomer materials and their applications. • Proficiency in CAD design software (e.g., SolidWorks). • Experience with mold design and development using simulation tools (e.g., Moldflow). • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. • Benefits: Revata Engineering offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
