We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join as Toolroom Engineer Location: Vapi, Gujarat Experience: 2–8 Years CTC: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 (based on experience) Job Description We are hiring a Toolroom Engineer responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our tooling equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Key responsibilities include: • Maintenance and repair of tooling equipment • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve productivity • Developing and implementing process improvements • Maintaining accurate records and reports • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards Responsibilities: • Toolroom operations management • Tool design and development • Tooling equipment maintenance and repair • Process optimization and improvement • Quality control and assurance • Safety and environmental compliance Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field • 2-8 years of experience in toolroom operations, maintenance, or a related field • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and processes • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) systems is an added advantage Benefits: • Competitive salary package • Comprehensive health insurance coverage • Generous leave policy • Opportunities for professional growth and development • Collaborative and dynamic work environment
