Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing new products, processes, or technological improvements. Their role combines creativity, technical analysis, and experimentation to transform ideas into viable solutions, ensuring innovation, quality, and compliance with industry standards. Responsible for optimizing the processes related to the tools, molds, and equipment used in product manufacturing.
Requirements
Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in electricity, electronics, Mechanical, or similar.
- English 80%
Knowledge and experience:
- Proficiency in engineering principles, materials, product design, and applied research methodologies.
- Experience with design/engineering software (CAD, CAE, etc.), laboratory testing, and data analysis.
- Project planning, technical documentation, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
