Job Summary: As a Fixtures and Tooling Design & Development Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development and optimization of tooling, fixtures, and equipment used in semiconductor assembly processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, precision, and quality in the manufacturing environment. Your work will directly contribute to the successful assembly of high-performance semiconductor devices. Key responsibilities include: • Design and development of tooling, fixtures, and equipment for semiconductor assembly processes. • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize process flows and improve overall efficiency. • Development of innovative solutions that enhance precision, quality, and reliability in the manufacturing environment. • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to tooling, fixtures, and equipment performance. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in semiconductor assembly processes and tooling technologies. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in design and development of tooling, fixtures, and equipment for semiconductor assembly processes. • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and tooling technologies. • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. • Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
