We are looking for a detail-oriented Tool Store Administrator to support our workshop and assembly operations, ensuring tools and consumables are managed efficiently and effectively. Position Overview: The Tool Store Administrator will be responsible for managing tools and consumables within the workshop and assembly environment. This role focuses on ensuring tools are properly stored, organized, and easily accessible to production staff. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain accurate records of tool inventory, including tracking usage, maintenance, and storage. • Conduct regular audits to ensure all tools are accounted for and in good working condition. • Develop and implement procedures for the proper handling, use, and disposal of tools and consumables. • Collaborate with production staff to identify and resolve any issues related to tool availability or functionality. • Provide training and support to production staff on the proper use and maintenance of tools. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding tool management.
