Job description
Main responsibilities:
- To manufacture and repair tools, gauges, fixtures, and components according to technical plans and specifications.
- To operate lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC machinery to create or modify tools.
- To perform precision measurements and adjustments.
- To inspect tools and gauges for wear or defects.
- To execute preventive and corrective maintenance of tools.
- To polish, sharpen, and adjust tools as needed.
- To verify that tools meet quality standards.
- To document deviations and register activities in internal systems.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Tool Maker.
- Knowledge of machine tools, CNC, precision measurement, and reading plans.
- Attention to detail, teamwork, and quality orientation.
