Great Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) Position starting 01.12.2026 in a central, stylish office.

We are looking for you as a Customer Service Representative (30-40 hours per week) for our young and growing team in Berlin! We are currently assembling our Dream Team that will propel us forward for years to come. It should consist of people who are eager for growth, changing challenges, and areas of responsibility.

Responsibilities

Your area of responsibility is clearly defined: you will support our new and existing customers by phone and email. You will make calls to customers, answer emails, handle organizational tasks in the office, write offers, and much more. You will be in close contact with the two founders and the web designers. You will work with our high-quality work equipment (Mac) in our stylish attic office with air conditioning and relaxation areas. Our broad customer portfolio means you will experience variety and new, exciting projects every day.

Qualifications

You should have already worked in an agency or an office. Ideally, you have worked as a Customer Service Representative and/or have completed a commercial apprenticeship or degree.

However, your soft skills are particularly important to us. You should remain calm during customer interactions, respond friendly to urgent requests, proactively find solutions, and be willing to go the extra mile for the customer.
