What will you do?
As a supervisor, you will be visibly present in public spaces daily and work to enhance safety and liveability in North Holland. You are the first point of contact for travelers and citizens and know how to interact with them in a customer-oriented and professional manner. In this role, you can gain experience in various locations: for example, you can work as a supervisor at COA (Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers) locations, within public transport, or as a fiscal parking enforcement officer. In all these functions, you will learn how to supervise, address people regarding their behavior, and correctly assess situations to de-escalate when necessary. This practical experience forms a broad and valuable foundation for your future role as a BOA Officer.

This means that in 2026, you will start the BOA training, after first gaining 3 to 6 months of work experience. You will follow an MBO-3 training program, where you will rapidly learn everything you need to become an official BOA. This program is intensive and demands a lot of your discipline and perseverance: you will have several intensive class days and combine them with practical work to gain immediate experience. In a short time, you will delve into laws and regulations, practice communication and approach techniques, and learn how to correctly draw up an official report. The pace is high and the material is challenging, but as soon as you have completed the exams, you will receive the BOA certificate and can start working through Trigion City 360 at a client where you truly make a difference.

What you get

Your hard work will be rewarded. We offer you:

• A basic gross hourly wage between €16.18 and €22.65 based on your work experience;
• An irregularity allowance of 20% to 100%;
• A travel allowance of €0.18 per km (up to a maximum of 45 km one way);
• Holiday allowance and pension accrual;
• A contract for 12 months with the prospect of a permanent position at Trigion City 360;
• An assessment is part of the application procedure.

Who you are

Enforcing while simultaneously paying attention to people. You can do that like no other! You are open and interested, and helping people energizes you. You listen carefully to your conversation partners, empathize with them, and adapt to the situation. This ensures you can communicate well with many different people. You are also flexible in your shifts. For example, if a colleague is sick? Then you offer to take over the shift. Additionally:

• You have completed at least an MBO 2 degree;
• You possess good communicative and written command of the Dutch language (level 2F/3F) and reasonable knowledge of the English language;
• You hold a B driver's license and have at least 3 years of driving experience, both car and scooter experience;
• You are willing to work irregular hours, and we expect you to be regularly available for evening, night, and weekend shifts.
• Willing to travel for your work.
