During this program, you will directly contribute to a safe and pleasant living environment and be the primary point of contact for travelers and residents.

What will you do?
As a supervisor, you will be visibly present in public spaces daily and work to enhance safety and liveability. You will be the first point of contact for travelers and citizens and will interact with them in a customer-oriented and professional manner. In this role, you can gain experience in various locations: for example, you will work as a supervisor at COA locations, within public transport, or as a fiscal parking controller. In all these functions, you will learn how to supervise, address people's behavior, and assess situations correctly to de-escalate when necessary. This practical experience will form a broad and valuable foundation for your future role as a BOA Enforcer.

This means you will start the BOA training in 2026, after gaining 3 to 6 months of work experience. You will follow an MBO-level 3 program, where you will learn everything you need to become an official BOA at a rapid pace. This program is intensive and demands a lot of your discipline and perseverance: you will have several intensive class days and combine them with practical work to gain immediate experience. In a short period, you will delve into laws and regulations, practice communication and approach techniques, and learn how to correctly draft a report. The pace is high and the material is challenging, but once you have completed the exams, you will receive the BOA certificate and can start working through Trigion City 360 at a client where you can truly make a difference.

What you get

Your hard work will be rewarded. We offer you:

• A base gross hourly wage between € 16.18 and € 22.65 based on your work experience;
• An irregularity allowance of 20% to 100%;
• A travel allowance of € 0.18 per km (up to a maximum of 45 km one way);
• Holiday allowance and pension accrual;
• A 12-month contract with the prospect of a permanent employment at Trigion City 360;
• An assessment is part of the application procedure.

Who you are

Enforcing while also paying attention to people. You can do that like no other! You are open and interested and get energy from helping people. You listen carefully to your conversation partners, empathize, and adapt to the situation. This ensures that you can communicate well with many different people. You are also flexible in your shifts. For example, if a colleague is sick? Then you offer to take over the shift. Additionally:

• You have completed at least an MBO-level 2 education;
• You have a good communicative and written command of the Dutch language (level 2F/3F) and reasonable knowledge of the English language;
• You possess a B driving license and have at least 3 years of driving experience, both car and scooter experience;
• You are willing to work irregular hours, and we expect you to be regularly available for evening, night, and weekend shifts.
• Willingness to travel for work (you live within a maximum of 1 hour's drive from Amsterdam).
