We support our agents in developing both their own business and their passion for coffee, about which we know everything!

• Join over 600 Lagardère Travel Retail agents in Poland and run your own business with us. As our partner, you will build your own team of baristas and actively develop sales, ensuring a good atmosphere, product quality and safety, and customer service in line with the brand's standards.
• We will handle negotiations with suppliers, stocking, and premises fees.
• You will develop your own business and passion for coffee within a proven and secure business model.
• management of a Costa Coffee cafe
• leading a team of baristas (approx. 15 people)
• creating schedules and organizing work
• increasing sales and achieving results
• recruiting, training, and motivating the team
• ensuring customer service and brand standards
• cost control and premises management

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cafe Manager, Gastronomy Manager, or Food Service Manager.
• Experience in managing a team of at least a dozen people.
• Ability to effectively manage sales and achieve set business goals.
• Highly developed communication skills and the ability to build engagement within the team.
• Independence, responsibility, and good work organization.
• Having your own business or readiness to establish one (cooperation in a partner model – agency agreement).

Nice to have

• Experience gained in gastronomy chains such as Costa Coffee, Starbucks, McDonalds, KFC, or similar is welcome.
