Aufgaben

Projektbeschreibung:

Supporting the network migration as part of our customer's project from the railway sector - input, adaptation or modification of parameters in configuration management systems (UNEM and SOA) for migrating new network elements XMC2x into the operational network. The employee is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of transmission technology before and after the migration, possibly analyzing errors and troubleshooting, as well as quality control, steering acceptance tests, and documenting these tests.

Aufgaben:

• Taking over tasks necessary to maintain a smooth operation of ÜT components
• Creating and ensuring the documentation for commissioning and operation management

Qualifikation

Das sollten Sie mitbringen:

• Degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering or equivalent with several years of relevant professional experience in the field of transmission technology
• Numerous years of experience in all common products, protocols, software and/or services for communication techniques, especially transmission technology
• Excellent knowledge of marketable and latest network technologies and handling backbone technologies, knowledge of the hardware market as well as deep understanding and safe handling of protocols
• Excellent knowledge and proven experience in classical telecommunications services, transmission technologies and corresponding marketable technologies
• High knowledge in conducting technical releases according to defined processes under reference to quality assurance methods (e.g. ISO 9000)
• Knowledge of management protocols in the TK/IP/ÜT environment
• Experience with processes/regulations
• Knowledge of accounting/reporting systems
• Knowledge of the organizational structure of EIU
• Experience in presenting complex matters in a management-friendly manner
• Knowledge of TK planning/bahnbetriebliche TK transmission technology
