RHYTHM:

An alternating course of 7 months which includes 6 weeks of theoretical training spread over the entire training.

PHASES OF PROFESSIONAL IMMERSION:

• Discovery: welcome interview with your tutor and apprenticeship master, discovery of your distribution center, integration into the team of factors, discovery of the job of factor
• Learning the professional gesture: progressive learning of the different missions of the factor, appropriation of the products/services and the approach of the customer relationship of La Poste
• Controlled autonomy: carrying out mail/parcel delivery rounds, promotion of products and services

Your admission

PREREQUISITES:

• Be eligible for an apprenticeship contract** (under 30 years old at the signing of the contract) and/or professionalization (no age limit, be a job seeker)
• Prove a high school diploma
• Be a holder of a B license (at the latest the day the contract is signed)
• Justify a professional experience of 3 months minimum (internships and summer jobs included).
• Have a clean criminal record (Bulletin number 3)

COURSE OF ADMISSIONS:

• Application for registration on the Formaposte Sud Est website
• Constitution and sending by email of the registration file
• Study by Formaposte of your complete registration file
• Employer interview
• Validation of your entry into training
• Constitution of your administrative file for the establishment of your contract.

Targeted Job: FACTOR (M/F)

Within a mail/parcel distribution platform, the factor (M/F) prepares and distributes mail and parcels to a clientele of individuals and companies, in compliance with quality of service standards. With the evolution of the La Poste Groupe offer, the factor is also required to offer local services to customers.

• You prepare your tour at the distribution center in accordance with the procedures in place (sorting, scanning, etc.)
• You distribute the mail and parcels on your tour while respecting the procedures and quality standards of La Poste Groupe. You may be required to use several means of locomotion (car, staby, electric bike, on foot...)
• You participate in the briefings and debriefings of the tours with your team and your manager

• You are an ambassador for the local offers and services of La Poste Groupe
• During your tours, you detect new customer opportunities
• You inform customers of new offers and services that meet their needs
• You perform service provision on your tour (Watch over my parents, Recygo...)

• You apply the safety procedures and instructions relating to the job
• You contribute to the prevention of accidents by identifying dangerous working conditions
