Your Apprenticeship

Salaried under an apprenticeship contract

Between 846€ and 1840€* gross income depending on your age

Salaried under a professionalization contract

1801€* gross income

*Salary given as an indication, may vary upon your entry into the training program

RHYTHM :

A 7-month apprenticeship course that includes 6 weeks of theoretical training spread throughout the entire formation.

PAGES OF PROFESSIONAL IMMERSION :

Discovery : welcome interview with your tutor and master apprentice, discovery of your distribution center, integration into the team of drivers, discovery of the driver's profession
Learning the professional gesture : progressive learning of the different missions of the driver, appropriation of products/services and customer relationship approach at La Poste
Controlled autonomy : realization of delivery tours for mail/parcels, promotion of products and services

Your Admission

PREREQUISITES :

Be eligible for the apprenticeship contract** (under 30 years old at the time of signing the contract) and/or professionalization contract (no age limit, job seeker)
Hold a baccalaureate degree
Be holder of a B permit (at most on the day of signing the contract)
Have at least 3 months of professional experience (stages and summer jobs included).
Have a clean criminal record (Bulletin number 3)

Application for registration on the Formaposte Sud Est website
Constitution and sending by mail of the application file
Study by Formaposte of your complete application file
Employer interview
Validation of your entry into the training program
Constitution of your administrative file for the establishment of your contract.

The context:

Within a distribution platform, the driver (H/F) prepares and delivers mail/parcels to a clientele of individuals and businesses, respecting quality service standards. With the evolution of La Poste Group's offer, the driver is also expected to propose proximity services to clients.

Missions: DISTRIBUTION COURRIERS ET COLIS :

You prepare your tour at the distribution center in accordance with procedures in place (sorting, flashage…)
You distribute mail/parcels on your tour while respecting procedures and quality standards of La Poste Group. You may be required to use several means of transportation (car, staby, electric bicycle, on foot…)
You participate in briefs and debriefs of tours with your team and manager

RELATION CLIENTS ET SERVICES DE PROXIMITÉ :

You are an ambassador for the proximity services of La Poste Group
During your tours, you detect new client opportunities
You inform clients about new offers and services responding to their needs
You realize service performances on your tour (Watch over my parents, Recygo…)

SANTÉ ET SÉCURITÉ AU TRAVAIL :

You apply safety procedures and guidelines related to the workplace
You contribute to preventing accidents by identifying hazardous working conditions
