RHYTHM:

A 7-month work-study program that includes 6 weeks of theoretical training spread over the entire training period.

PHASES OF PROFESSIONAL IMMERSION:

• Discovery: welcome interview with your tutor and training supervisor, discovery of your distribution center, integration into the team of postal workers, discovery of the postal worker profession
• Learning the professional gesture: progressive learning of the different missions of the postal worker, appropriation of the products/services and the approach of the customer relationship of La Poste
• Controlled autonomy: carrying out mail/parcel delivery rounds, promotion of products and services

Your admission

PREREQUISITES:

• Be eligible for an apprenticeship contract** (under 30 years old at the signing of the contract) and/or a professionalization contract (no age limit, be a job seeker)
• Provide proof of a junior high school diploma
• Be a holder of a B driving license (at the latest on the day of signing the contract)
• Provide proof of a minimum of 3 months of professional experience (internships and summer jobs included).
• Have a clean criminal record (Bulletin number 3)

ADMISSION PROCESS:

• Application for registration on the Formaposte Sud Est website
• Creation and sending by email of the registration file
• Study by Formaposte of your complete registration file
• Employer interview
• Validation of your entry into training
• Creation of your administrative file for the establishment of your contract.

Targeted job: FACTOR (M/F)

Within a mail/parcel distribution platform, the postal worker (M/F) prepares and distributes mail and parcels to a clientele of individuals and businesses, in compliance with service quality standards. With the evolution of the La Poste Groupe offer, the postal worker is also required to offer local services to customers.

• You prepare your tour at the distribution center in accordance with the procedures in place (sorting, scanning, etc.)
• You distribute mail and parcels on your tour while respecting the procedures and quality standards of La Poste Groupe. You may be required to use several means of locomotion (car, scooter, electric bike, on foot, etc.)
• You participate in briefings and debriefings of the tours with your team and your manager

• You are an ambassador for the offers and local services of La Poste Groupe
• During your tours, you detect new customer opportunities
• You inform customers of new offers and services that meet their needs
• You provide service provision on your tour (Watch over my parents, Recygo, etc.)

• You apply the safety procedures and instructions relating to the workstation
• You contribute to the prevention of accidents by identifying dangerous working conditions
