RHYTHM:

An apprenticeship course of 7 months which includes 6 weeks of theoretical training spread over the whole of the training.

PHASES OF PROFESSIONAL IMMERSION:

• Discovery: welcome interview with your tutor and apprenticeship master, discovery of your distribution center, integration into the team of postmen/women, discovery of the job of postman/woman
• Learning the professional gesture: progressive learning of the various missions of the postman/woman, appropriation of the products/services and the approach of the customer relationship of La Poste
• Controlled autonomy: carrying out mail/parcel delivery rounds, promotion of products and services

Your admission

PREREQUISITES:

• Be eligible for an apprenticeship contract** (under 30 years old at the signing of the contract) and/or a professionalization contract (no age limit, be a job seeker)
• Justify a junior high school diploma
• Be a holder of a B driving license (at the latest the day the contract is signed)
• Justify a minimum of 3 months professional experience (internships and summer jobs included).
• Have a clean criminal record (Bulletin number 3)

**in accordance with legal provisions, no age limit for people recognized as disabled workers

ADMISSION PROCEDURE:

• Application for registration on the Formaposte Sud Est website
• Constitution and sending by email of the registration file
• Study by Formaposte of your complete registration file
• Employer interview
• Validation of your entry into training
• Constitution of your administrative file for the establishment of your contract.

Targeted Job: POSTMAN/WOMAN (M/F)

Within a mail/parcel distribution platform, the postman/woman prepares and distributes mail and parcels to a clientele of individuals and companies, in compliance with quality of service standards. With the evolution of the La Poste Groupe offer, the postman/woman is also led to offer local services to customers.

• You prepare your round at the distribution center in accordance with the procedures in place (sorting, scanning, etc.)
• You distribute mail and parcels on your round while respecting the procedures and quality standards of La Poste Groupe. You may be required to use several means of locomotion (car, staby, electric bike, on foot...)
• You participate in the briefings and debriefings of the rounds with your team and your manager

• You are an ambassador for the offers and local services of La Poste Groupe
• During your rounds, you detect new customer opportunities
• You inform customers of new offers and services that meet their needs
• You carry out service provision on your round (Watch over my parents, Recygo...)

• You apply safety procedures and instructions relating to the workstation
• You contribute to the prevention of accidents by identifying dangerous working conditions
