For the staff of GI GROUP, company of Gi Group Holding, we are looking for a trainee for selection and management of personnel at the Borgomano branch. What will you be doing: within a tutoring project, you will be responsible for managing the front-office and conducting interviews, screenings, and archiving curricula, managing recruitment channels. You will deepen the main aspects related to selection and presentation of candidates to companies as well as those related to personnel administration. Main activities: · You will participate in front-office activities with particular attention to user welcome and demand analysis; · You will be responsible for activating recruitment channels and screening CVs; · You will schedule interviews and support the team in conducting selection meetings; · You will be responsible for evaluating and writing up candidate profiles with analysis of strengths and areas for improvement; · You will provide feedback after the interview; · You will support the team in activating employment contracts. If you are the ideal person: you have a degree in humanities/economics, interest in human resources, good knowledge of English and MS Office. A Master's degree in HR would be considered a plus. Completing the profile: excellent relational skills, predisposition to teamwork, dynamism, and flexibility, necessary residence in the area.
