TRAINEESHIP SALES ASSISTANT - Palermo

Synergie Italia, an Employment Agency, is seeking for a major player in the retail sector a resource to be included in a training traineeship as a Sales Assistant.

During the program, alongside experienced staff and with the supervision of the company tutor, you will have the opportunity to acquire skills in:

• merchandise display and organization;
• product presentation and price verification;
• customer assistance and guidance;
• assisted sales and promotional activities;
• use of the cash register, barcode scanner, and POS;
• management of different payment methods;
• sales recording;
• organization of spaces and departments within the store;
• management of the merchandise cycle, from receipt to display and sale;
• application of safety procedures within the store.
  

The program will also allow you to develop skills in customer communication, listening to needs, sales, and managing relationships with the public.

The ideal candidate:

• is unemployed/out of employment and registered with the Employment Center as available for work;
• is between the ages of 18 and 29, in line with the requirements for the program;
• possesses a good/excellent command of the Italian language, both written and spoken;
• is dynamic, flexible, and motivated to learn;
• shows interest in the retail sector and the proposed training program;

Availability to work according to the store's organization is required, including on holidays and Sundays.

Duration: 6 months

Hours: 30 hours per week

Expense reimbursement: €700 per month

Location: PALERMO
