Trainee Human Resources Office - Hotel Cipriani, 2026 Season

The Human Resources Office of Hotel Cipriani, a Belmond Hotel, Venice, is looking for an intern for the 2026 season.

The resource will accompany colleagues in various office activities, including:

- data entry and digital archiving;

- support in creating and developing activities for personnel;

- support in managing training, from creating training paths to opening classes and checking registers;

- management of internal communications and participation in writing the employee newsletter;

- participation in the canteen committee and collaboration in managing staff accommodations and gym

and other activities based on the resource's predisposition.

Requirements

This internship opportunity is exclusively addressed to female and male students or graduates of master's degrees in Human Resources Management, Labor Law, or related fields, such as Psychology of Work.

A full-time availability (40 hours weekly on 5 days) from April 1st to September 30th is required.

It is essential to have a fluent knowledge of both Italian and English.

A good ability to use computer tools, from email to Excel, is also requested.

The following will be considered fundamental: discretion, good communication skills in different contexts, attention to detail, and the ability to organize and manage priorities.

Residency in the area is preferred.

Candidates without these requirements or necessary documents for working in Italy will not be considered.
