HR Recruiter Trainee

e-work Spa, Biella office, selects a candidate who will be trained to fill the HR RECRUITER professional profile. The resource will be trained in the following activities: - publishing job announcements on main portals; - screening of CVs and initial contact with candidates; - support in managing selection interviews; - updating candidate applications within the internal system. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree, preferably in humanities, psychology, economics or related fields; - interest in Human Resources and personnel selection; - good relational and communicative skills; - predisposition to teamwork, organization, and precision; - good use of PC and main computer tools. Proposed insertion into a 6-month internship. Availability for full-time schedule from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
