BODY SHOP WORKER

Job Description
The Body Shop Worker performs work in the body shop - painting, to meet customer needs and maximize workshop productivity and utilization

Main Responsibilities

Performs repair work on vehicles scheduled for the workshop, in accordance with Toyota technical standards
Examines vehicles and detects defects related to environmental and safety standards
Performs each job within the specified time interval, to maintain work productivity
Respects health and safety rules of the workshop and company
Maintains workshop order and cleanliness standards
Responds daily to equipment maintenance and reports defects or problems to be resolved
Respects main processes, to achieve quality and efficiency objectives
Collaborates with other colleagues to develop improved and more efficient processes
Participates in specialty courses, to update technical knowledge if necessary
Collaborates with other workshop employees to ensure clients receive impeccable services
Reports technical problems using corresponding procedures


Requirements

Degree in specialty (certification of qualification in auto body shop worker)

Work experience in the field (minimum 2 years)

Disciplined and organized with abilities

Oriented towards quality and customer satisfaction

Solid experience in auto body work

Excellent knowledge of car body structure and modern repair techniques

Attention to detail, efficiency, and respect for execution deadlines

Able to work individually or as part of a team

Openness to learning and continuous improvement – we want someone adaptable, interested in constantly expanding their knowledge and keeping pace with new technologies and methods in the field.
