Carpenter

Are you an experienced carpenter and looking for a permanent job in property maintenance? For a professional client in renovation, maintenance, and mutation projects, we are looking for a skilled carpenter in paid employment. You will work on various projects within housing and be engaged in quality maintenance work daily.

• Performing carpentry work within renovation and maintenance projects;
• Carrying out service and mutation work;
• Installing and replacing doors, frames, and finishing work;
• Performing repair work in occupied homes;
• Working independently from technical drawings and assignments;
• Maintaining contact with residents and colleagues on location;
• Ensuring neat and quality work.

As a salaried carpenter, we are looking for someone who already has experience and can also work independently within renovation & service and maintenance. We are also looking for someone who meets the following points:

• Demonstrable experience as a carpenter;
• Experience within property maintenance, renovation, or mutation maintenance is a plus;
• In possession of a B driver's license;
• VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one;
• Ability to work independently and think solution-oriented;
• Presentable and customer-oriented attitude;
• Good command of the Dutch language.
