Carpenter Service

As a Carpenter for Service and Maintenance, you will be responsible for carrying out various repairs, maintenance work, and small renovations for our clients. You work independently and have direct contact with residents or users of the properties. Whether it's a small repair or a structural modification: you ensure that everything is resolved neatly and to satisfaction.

• Performing minor and major maintenance on homes and commercial buildings;
• Detecting and resolving structural defects;
• Installing, repairing, or replacing woodwork, such as doors, frames, and roofs;
• Providing customer-oriented advice and communication about maintenance work;
• Collaborating with colleagues and potentially other disciplines.

• You have a completed education in construction, for example, Carpenter level 2, or demonstrable work experience;
• You have several years of experience in service and maintenance work;

• You are in possession of a B driving license (required);
• A VCA diploma is a plus, or you are willing to obtain one.
