Carpenter Maintenance

As a maintenance carpenter, you are responsible for carrying out various carpentry tasks on both large construction projects and smaller service and maintenance projects. You will work both independently and as part of a team to achieve high-quality finishes in construction. Your tasks include:

• Carrying out carpentry work on new construction projects, renovations, and refurbishments;
• Performing service and maintenance work for clients, including repairing and replacing wooden elements.;
• Reading and understanding construction drawings and technical documentation;
• Ensuring a tidy workspace and adhering to safety regulations;
• Collaborating with colleagues, subcontractors, and project managers to deliver projects on time and with high quality;
• Maintaining contact with clients during service and maintenance work.

As a maintenance carpenter, you must naturally possess the following qualities, what do you bring?

• A completed training as a carpenter (e.g., MBO level 2 or 3);
• Experience as a carpenter, both in new construction and in service and maintenance;
• A proactive and flexible attitude;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
• You have a B driving license and preferably your own transportation;
• You have good technical insight and work accurately;
• VCA certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
