For a specialized construction company in Noord-Holland, we are looking for a Carpenter New Construction. You will work on high-quality new construction projects where quality and craftsmanship are central. From the initial carpentry work to the finishing touch: you ensure a neat and professional execution. Together with an enthusiastic team, you will have ample opportunity to apply your knowledge.

As a Carpenter New Construction, you will be involved in:

• Performing various carpentry tasks in new construction;
• Installing and placing frames, doors, and walls;
• Working on floors, roofs, and wooden structures;
• Reading construction drawings and delivering precise custom work;
• Identifying and solving structural issues;
• Working with the site manager and other tradespeople on the construction site;
• Ensuring a safe, tidy, and high-quality workplace.

You are a self-employed craftsman who values quality. In addition, you have:

• A completed MBO (vocational education) qualification in Carpentry or Construction;
• Several years of experience as a carpenter in new construction;
• Experience with reading technical construction drawings;
• A valid VCA certificate or the willingness to obtain one through us;
• Driver's license B;
• An accurate and independent work attitude;
• An eye for detail and a passion for the carpentry trade.
