For a client in Amsterdam, we are looking for an independent mutation carpenter who delivers quality and knows how to get things done. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing homes for new residents and carrying out various maintenance and repair work. Below are the tasks you can expect:

• Performing mutation maintenance on homes;
• Repairing and replacing doors, frames, and hardware;
• Carrying out carpentry and repair work;
• Resolving minor structural defects;
• Working independently from work orders and assignments;
• Maintaining contact with residents, supervisors, and colleagues;
• Ensuring a neat and safe working environment.

• Demonstrable experience as a carpenter or mutation carpenter;
• Experience in maintenance and renovation is a pré;
• In possession of a B driver's license;
• VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one;
• Ability to work independently and be solution-oriented;
• Presentable and communicative skills;
• Good command of the Dutch language.
