Carpenter Daily Maintenance

For a leading contractor in the Alkmaar region, we are looking for a Carpenter for Daily Maintenance. In this role, you will work independently to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks on homes and buildings. No two days are the same: one day you'll replace a window frame or repair a door, the next day you'll fix wood rot or perform various repairs. You are the calling card of the organization and ensure that every job is completed neatly and expertly.

As a Carpenter for Daily Maintenance, you will be involved in, among other things:

• Performing daily maintenance on homes and utility buildings;
• Repairing and replacing doors, window frames, windows, and hardware;
• Repairing wood rot and performing various carpentry tasks;
• Independently assessing the work and contributing to suitable solutions;
• Ensuring a neat handover and satisfied residents or clients.

To be eligible for this position, you possess:

• At least 5 years of demonstrable experience as a carpenter;
• Experience in daily maintenance or renovation is a plus;
• A B driver's license;
• Good command of the Dutch language;
• An independent, customer-oriented, and presentable work attitude.
