Carpenter Daily Maintenance

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out daily maintenance for private individuals, housing associations, or VvE's (Owners' Associations). Your tasks will be very varied, and you will visit new locations daily. Think of:

Repairing doors, frames, and hardware;

Replacing locks, hinges, and small parts;

Repair work on woodwork, walls, and ceilings;

Minor tiling, plastering, and caulking (advantageous);

Liaising with residents and/or supervisors on site;

Ensuring a neat and safe workplace.

What can you expect as a carpenter in daily maintenance?

A gross monthly salary between €3,300 and €4,300;

A company van is negotiable;

What do you bring as a carpenter for daily maintenance?

Demonstrable experience as a (maintenance) carpenter;

Driver's license B (required);

Presentable, customer-friendly, and solution-oriented;

In possession of VCA (or willing to obtain it via VNOM);

You can work independently and switch easily with colleagues.
